Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to indemnify West One Transport Ltd. against any claims or losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided. Liability and Insurance
West One Transport Ltd. takes great care in handling and transporting goods; however, we cannot be held liable for any damages incurred due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or theft. We strongly advise clients to secure appropriate insurance coverage for their cargo. Our liability is limited to the extent defined in our contract and applicable laws.
